For the first time in history, there are four distinct generations in the workforce: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials ... all with their own perspectives, styles, and expectations. Unfortunately, where there are differences, often there are conflicts. This workshop will help leaders leverage the differences between generations instead of just eliminating conflict. Registration 48 hours before class is required to attend this class. After registration is complete, a link will be provided for virtual class access.
